There are foods which can be good and some which are unhealthy. It's also something of a power food: wealthy in lysine and other amino acids, in addition to polysaturated fats.
You can't really eat whatever you want after 6 p.m. I used to neglect that dieting would lead back to overeating and that overeating would lead me proper back to despair and limiting.
